Focusing on Squarespace and Kajabi you will learn how to set up basic web pages, connect a domain, report analytics and implement vital SEO.
Module 6: Email Marketing & Automations
We will explore creating aesthetically pleasing email templates, basic automations, marketing funnels and sign-up forms to capture that all important data.
Module 7: Social Media
Learn how to create engaging captions, schedule social media, engage with an audience and analyse the growth. Plus tap into the tools which will make the process as simple and effective as possible.
Module 8: Podcasts & PR
Understand how to create podcast notes, publish and promote Podcasts, and repurpose content to social media channels. Plus learn how to create a PR toolkit and basic Press Release.
Module 9: Scheduling & Calendar Management
Using Calendly and Acuity, we will explore how to streamline client's schedules. We’ll also explore Google calendars and Zoom meetings.
Module 10: AI and Chat GPT
We're moving into the fast-paced world of AI technology and will showcase the essential tools to know and utilise - enabling you to adapt to the tools and utilise them for efficiency with clients' work.
Module 11: Harnessing the power of AI
In this Enhanced AI module, you’ll learn which tools are best for different tasks, how to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry and how to position yourself as an indispensable, future-proof Virtual Assistant
Module 12: Personal Assisting & Event Management
In this module, you’ll learn how to support busy entrepreneurs, executives and coaches. You’ll also discover how to plan and coordinate online and in-person events. These advanced skills will open doors to working with premium clients.
